When you request a quote or sample, we collect the contact details, business information, product requirements and design files you choose to provide. Required fields help us understand your request and respond. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot process an online inquiry without the required fields. Please do not upload payment credentials, passwords or unrelated personal information.

Our hosting and security providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as network addresses and browser information. For submission rate limits, our application uses a hashed network-address identifier.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss specifications, prepare quotations and samples, and follow up on your project. Where applicable, this supports steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interests in handling business inquiries and maintaining website security, or legal record-keeping obligations. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for automated eligibility decisions.

Service providers and access

The website uses Netlify for hosting, Supabase for inquiry records and private design-file storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, and Resend to deliver inquiry notifications to our authorized team. Authorized staff access inquiries through the protected management system. Notification emails contain inquiry details and design-file names; design files remain in private storage and are not attached to these emails or published as public downloads.

These providers and our staff may process information outside your country, including China, where our team is based. You may contact us with questions about the service providers and arrangements applicable to your inquiry.

Retention

We retain information while it is needed to respond to and follow up on your project, maintain an ongoing business relationship, address a dispute, or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. We review retained information and remove information that is no longer needed. This is a manual review process; the website does not currently promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.

Cookies and security

The site uses essential session and confirmation cookies to operate protected management access and inquiry confirmations. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security information to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. Website analytics and advertising tracking are not enabled at this time.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, request a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact wuzhihan555@gmail.com and include your inquiry reference if available. Please do not send passwords. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. You may also raise a concern with the data-protection authority in your country, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable. Withdrawing any applicable consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
