Design, materials & packaging
Can I use my own logo or design?
Prepare an editable artwork file if available, plus a reference image. Confirm placement, dimensions, colours and the proposed production method.
Which materials can I choose?
Cotton, synthetic, wool and other blend directions are described in the material guide. Actual yarn availability and composition need confirmation.
Can you match a specific colour?
Send a physical or standardized colour reference where possible. Matching feasibility must be agreed and the physical sample reviewed; screens are not a final colour standard.
Can I request custom packaging?
Include sleeves, labels, hang tags, boxes or multipack requirements in your brief. Confirm dimensions, artwork, minimums and pricing before approval.
Do grip or compression socks need testing?
State the intended use and any performance or regulatory requirements. Agree construction and testing before making grip, compression or health claims.

Production, quality & shipping
What is the production lead time?
Bulk production takes 10–30 days for all 20 listed styles. Agree the order schedule and assess shipping time separately.
How is quality checked?
Agree the inspection criteria and any test requirements before ordering. Specific factory procedures and records are awaiting verification in this preview.
Can you ship to my country?
Provide your destination and delivery requirements so available shipping options, costs, documents and terms can be assessed. No route or transit time is guaranteed here.
Can you meet an event deadline?
