Eight steps to plan your order
Send your idea
Share your logo or design reference, sock style, intended use, quantity, size mix, destination and required arrival date.
Design confirmation
Agree artwork, placement, colours, material direction, dimensions and packaging. Confirm feasibility, quotation conditions and sample arrangements.
Sampling
Confirm sample cost and timing before work starts. Use the sample to assess the agreed design and construction.
Sample approval
Check fit, colours, artwork, seams, cushioning and packaging. Record requested changes and approve the final specification in writing.
Mass production
Proceed only after the specification and commercial terms are agreed. Confirm the production schedule for the final quantity and size mix.
Quality inspection
Agree inspection criteria and any testing requirements in advance. Review sizing, appearance, construction and packing against the approved specification.
Packaging
Confirm labels, barcodes, pair counts, size identification and cartons. Review retail packaging artwork before it is produced.
Shipping
Agree delivery terms, destination, shipping method and documents. Assess production and transit time together against your required arrival date.
What to send with your first brief
Order plan
Approximate total quantity, quantities by size and colour, target price and packaging requirements.
Delivery needs
Destination country, postal code if available and required arrival date. State whether the date is tied to an event.
Approve the sample before committing
Keep a shared approval record
Identify the sample version and approved artwork. Record measurements, colours, material composition and packaging, along with any exceptions.
For repeat orders, reference the approved specification and confirm whether yarn, artwork or packing requirements have changed.

30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Sample fees are payable before sampling. Terms may vary depending on order value and customer requirements.

T/T (Bank Transfer), Alibaba Trade Assurance, and other payment methods agreed upon for specific orders. Payment instructions and any platform protection are confirmed for the specific order.
